Requirements, processes and documentations

In order to invite academic personnel from another institution, the following steps must be taken:

  • • Identify the academics that are to be invited and verify that they belong to a partner institution.
  • • Draw up a joint work plan between the academics of the UdeG and those of the partner institution who are going to carry out the stay.
  • • Issue an invitation letter to the visiting academics, signed by the Rector of the University Centre.
  • • Fill in the form and hand it in to the Coordination for Internationalization (CI) at least 1 month before the starting date of the stay.
  • • Upon completion of the stay, hand in the financial proof and the academic report within 5 days of having concluded the stay.
